I just love this breading. I moved from IN to TX. My grocery store in IN carried it and TX did not. I am a faithful buyer for this and they ship quickly with no problems.i have been a buyer for 6 years.
So far have only used on fried squash,green tomatoes and okra.Has a good taste and fair amount of heat maybe to much for some but just right for me. Have not tried the original yet but will soon.
Enjoyed this product in the past but somehow lost track of it. Husband just came back from a fishing trip, where it was used. Made fish with original, hot and a mix of both. EXCELLENT!!

This fish seasoning is so good. Wasn't sure about it first with the hot and spicy label, but it tastes great.
We're rebranding it to 'Louisiana Style Cajun' in the near future. It does have a kick, but it's definitely not 'knock your socks off' hot! Thank you for giving us a shot!
